采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：我院现有neuviz128型64排螺旋CT是东软自主研发的完全自主知识产权产品，在技术匹配上，其他公司无法满足一体化的售后服务。原厂(东软)可以提供基于安全级别的设备系统软件升级、远程诊断、维修保养服务。
为保证CT的正常临床使用,CT球管、探测器、高压发生器及计算机图像处理系统之间必须协同匹配，确保CT正常使用和稳定运行。维修保养涉及硬件、软件、特殊化学物品、专用工具等专业知识及技能,对专业性有很高的要求。故须向东软(或其针对本项目授权的代理销售商)购买配套原装球管及原厂维保服务。山西万德康医疗科技有限公司是东软医疗系统股份有限公司授权壶关县人民医院唯一代理商，故需采用单一来源采购。
